CHEESY CHICKEN PASTA CASSEROLE

Ingredients:

8 ounces noodles
1/4 cup margarine
3 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 cups skim milk
3 cups cheddar cheese, lowfat, shredded
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
1/4 cup cornflake crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. In a large saucepan melt the margarine. Stir in the flour and salt. Blend in the milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Add the cheese; stir until melted. Combine the noodles, cheese sauce and chicken. Mix well. Pour into a 3 quart casserole dish.
Top with cornflake crumbs.

Bake for 30 minutes.
