Cheesy Meatballs and Vegetables

1-1/2 cup uncooked regular long grain rice
1 package (16-oz) frozen meatballs
2/3 cup half and half
2 packages (10-oz. each) frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and flavored cheese sauce

Cook rice as per package directions. Cover and cook meatballs in the skillet stirring once. Stir in half and half, scraping skillet to remove any browned bits of meat. Add frozen vegetables and sauce. Cover and cook 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally until vegetables and meatballs are hot. Serve over rice.
