CHEESY POTATO WEDGES
There are no measurements to this recipe - I just go with how ever many potatoes I am making.
Wash and slice potatoes (leaving peels on) into wedges. Make a foil packet and wrap dotting with butter. Place in oven for 1/2 hour at 350. Take out of oven, open packet and sprinkle with garlic salt, salt and pepper, parmeasan cheese, parsley and dried chives. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Wrap back in foil and bake an additional 1/2 hour.
This is great with sour cream on top of the potatoes.
Special note: You may also use the above ingredients, garlic salt, parmeasan cheese, parsley, dried chives and shredded cheddar for a cheesy garlic bread.
