Cheesy Rosemary Turkey Bake
6 cups cubed cooked turkey
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup slivered almonds
6 ribs (3 cups) celery, sliced 1/2-inch
8 ounces (2 cups) Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 medium (1/2 cup) onion, chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese in large bowl. Spoon mixture into greased 3-quart casserole or 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Cover and bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until heated through and celery is crisply tender. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Continue baking until cheese is melted (5 minutes).
Makes 8 servings.
Note: If you would like the vegetables softer, sauté them in a a little butter first.
