This one is so easy, and some people call them blonde brownies. When I was working there were always a hit at pot luck or party events. I remember a lady saying just before an event she sure hoped I would bring the blonde brownies.
1 stick Margarine or butter (I prefer margarine)
2 cups Light brown sugar
2 cups Nuts (I prefer pecans) chopped
2 eggs beaten
2 cups Flour
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well.
Mix in flour reserving enough to coat the nuts. Coat the nuts and mix in. Put in a greased and floured large baking pan or casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool and cut into squares.
