Chex-Almond Sticky Stuff

1 (14 oz.) box Corn Chex cereal(about 11 c.)
1 (14 oz.) box Rice Chex cereal(about 11 c.)
1 (12 oz.) box Golden Grahams cereal (about 8 c.)
3 c. slivered almonds
1 (14 oz.) pkg. shredded coconut(about 4 c.)
3 cubes butter
2 c. sugar
2 c. corn syrup

Divide cereals, almonds, and coconut between 2 large bowls (for easier mixing). Put butter, sugar, and corn syrup in a saucepan. Bring to a boil on medium-high heat. Turn heat down to medium and cook for 8 minutes. It is very important to turn the heat down to medium. When the syrup mixture has cooked, pour it over the cereal mixtures and mix until coated.
