Chicken and Broccoli Soup
1 onion,diced 1 can each cream of chicken, mushroom and celery soup 2 (10 oz.) pkg. choped frozen broccoli thawed 2lbs. velvetta cheese 1 (16 oz. ) can mushrooms,drained 4c. milk 3c. cooked cubed chicken breast 1 stick butter
Melt butter in dutch oven, add onion and cook over med. heat until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook stirring often until cheese melts and soup is bubbly , about 20 minutes. Serves 8.
