Chicken and Dumplings

I made Chicken and Dumplings and used gnocchi in lieu of flour dumplings or biscuit dough, and it was really tasty. Got a thumbs up from my spouse. We also tried Couscous jambalaya, and it is a keeper as well.

please share the recipe I also want to taste it…

Very simple…

Cut 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts into chucks 1/2 to 1 inch.
Place chicken covered with water into a sauce pan and bring to a boil and then simmer until done.
In a bowl put 1/2 to 1 lb gnocchi and 1 can chicken broth and let set until chicken is done.
Make a slurry with water and 1 T all purpose flour.
Add flour mixture, gnocchi mixture, salt and pepper to taste and simmer for about 10 more minutes.

No tips come to mind, there is not much way to mess up other than to over cook the chicken.

Only other tip I have is to buy low and sell high.
