I am considering having pasta for dinner tonight, and want to make a chicken and mushroom sauce for it, but I dont have any cream? Is it possible to use milk instead (it would be semi skimmed milk) and what would the cooking directions be if it is possible?
I presume it wouldnt be possible, as the milk is too liquidy, but I figured I might as well ask.
