chicken and peppers with onions

Today - simple “one pot” meal -

Skillet fried chicken, sliced red and green bell pepers and chunked onions; served with a nice “crunchy” salad - iceberg and romaine, onion, carrot, celery, pepperoncini, green peas, cheddar, provolone, and marinated artichokes - with a basil vinaigrette.

I’ve got a relish tray made - assorted pickles, olives, stuffed eggs - and of course - crusty bread because I have this habit (intentionally) of making extra dressing so we can sop it up.
