CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE CROCKPOT
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans (2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, undrained
- 1 cup raw long grain converted rice
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix
Combine soup, mushrooms and rice in a bowl. With a spatula pour into a greased crockpot. Lay chicken on top of mixture and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 9 hours.
