2 boneless chicken breasts
2 links of Jennie-O sweet Italian turkey sausage
5 small uncooked red potatoes cut in cubes
1 14 oz can diced tomatoes drained
1 can Progresso Creamy parmesan basil recipe starter
1 can chicken broth
1 bag of fresh baby spinach
1 sweet onion chopped
Boil the chicken in big soup pot until tender.
Take the turkey sausage out of the casing and brown it in a separate pan.
Cut the chicken into 1/2 inch chunks and set aside.
When the sausage is done cut it into 1/4 inch slices.
Put the cubed potatoes, chicken and turkey sausage in the soup pot.
Add the can of chicken broth.
Cook at medium heat until potatoes are almost tender.
Add the can of tomatoes
Add the basil recipe starter
Let it all cook together until the potatoes are tender but not mushy.
Add the bag of spinach.
Enjoy
