Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

2 T. butter 1 onion, chopped fine 1 c. finely chopped or grated carrot 1 10oz. box chopped broccoli 2 14 oz. cans chicken broth 1 c. water 1 6 oz. pkg. quick cooking long grain and wild rice mix 8oz. pkg. cream cheese 2 c. chopped cooked chicken 1 c. shredded montery jack cheese
Meelt butter in large pot, saute onion and carrot over med. heat 3 minutes. Add broccoli, seasoning pkg. from rice broth and water. Bring to a boil. Add rice reduce heat and cover, cook 5 minutes. Add cream cheese stir to melt. Add chicken heat another 5 minutes. Add cheese , stir until melted.
