Chicken Bruschetta Pasta

Hey all,

I’ve been playing around with a bruschetta pasta recipe I got online. The last batch I made, I added pan cooked cut-up chicken with some oregano and sea salt thrown in. While the chicken turned out fine, it didn’t have a strong enough flavor to carry the pasta. My first question is if anyone can recommend a marinade that would compliment the bruschetta and also what kind of cheese I could possibly grate into the pasta as well… I was thinking feta cheese but I’m not sure how well it will melt into the pasta and if it’ll have the proper effect, thanks all for any and all advice!
