Chicken Caesar Salad

CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD

DRESSING:

Ranch dressing, garlic powder to taste, chopped anchovy fillets, a touch of milk to consistency.

SALAD:
Skillet fried skinless bonesless chicken breasts, cut into fingers - fried in olive oil, fresh parsley, fresh garlic, kosher salt, cracked black pepper - served on top of greens: romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, red onion slices, croutons made from crusty sliced Italian bread, cubed, toasted in skillet with olive oil, Italian seasoning, basil, red wine vinegar (combine oil, vinegar, seasonings and toss cubes - then toast in skillet)

DESSERT:
Heat flour tortilla shells in skillet, spoon pie filling, roll, microwave to heat through. (peel apples, place in buttered skillet with sugar, cinnamon, till soft)
