2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 skinless boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
3 cups canned low-salt chicken broth
1 cup fresh or frozen corn kernels
1 cup chopped fresh seeded tomatoes
1/4 cup lime juice
Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 8 hours or on high for 1-1/2 to 3 hours.
