Chicken Nuggets with Honey Mustard Dip

This is one of my son’s favorites. Believe it or not, when he was younger he would rather have these than the ones from McDonalds.

Chicken Nuggets

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
cut into bite size pieces (or precut nuggets)
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
Salt to taste
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs

Soak chicken nuggets in milk (enough just to cover) for 30 minutes. Mix spices and lightly sprinkle over nuggets after draining milk. Roll in bread crumbs until covered. Deep fry at 350 degrees until golden in color (or bake at 400 degrees until done). Remove and drain well on paper towels.

Honey Mustard Dip

1/2 cup mild prepared mustard
4-5 Tbs honey
1/2 cup Heinz 57 sauce.

Combine all ingredients, blend well. Makes one cup.
