Chicken Orange Catalina Salad by Kraft
1 Bottle (8oz.)Kraft Catalina fat free dressing
4 bonless skinless chicken breast halves about 1 1/4 lb.
1 green pepper, quartered
1 red pepper, quartered
1 yellow pepper, quartered
1 pkg. (10 oz.) salad greens
2 oranges, sectioned, pieces cut in half
1 T. toasted sesame seeds
Brush 1/2 cup of the dressing on lchicken and peppers. Place over medium coals. Grill 3 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through. Slice chicken diagonally into strips. Cut peppers, into thin strips.
Place chicken, peppers, greens and oranges in large bowl. Add remaining dressing toss lightly. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
