Chicken Provolone

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
4 slices provolone cheese
2 teaspoons margarine

Place the chicken breasts between a sheets of plastic wrap and flatten
to about a 1/4" thickness. Coat the chicken with the breadcrumbs and
place in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Top each chicken breast
with a slice of the cheese and dot with margarine. Bake at 425 degrees
about 20 minutes.
