Chicken That Makes It’s Own Gravy
4 chicken breast 1/4 cup flour 1 stick butter 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 soup can milk 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Roll chicken in flour. Melt butter in a 9x13 baking dish. Place chicken in butter. Bake uncovered at 425 for 30 minutes. Turn over and bake 20 minutes longer. Combine soup milk and cheese. Pour over chicken. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes longer. I have also used cream of chicken soup instead of mushroom and it was also good.
