Chicken Vegetable Medley
1 pkg. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 carrot
1 pkg. noodles
1 bottle Italian dressing
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and boil in water until done; remove and set aside. Cook the broccoli and cauliflower according to package directions; drain. Scrape the carrot and julienne it (small stick-like pieces) and cook in water until soft; drain. Cook the noodles according to package directions, then drain. In a bowl. combine the chicken pieces and cooked vegetables. Pour Italian dressing over the top and mix. Serve hot or refrigerate and serve cold.
