1-1/2 lb. beef stew meat
4 medium potatoes, cut into 1-in. pieces
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cans (14.5-oz.) diced tomatoes w/zesty mils green chilies, undrained
1 can (14-oz.) beef broth
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Mix all ingredients in 4-quart slow cooker.
cover and cook on low for 9 to 10 hours.
