Chili Cheese Corn Dogs Casserole
1 pkg Hot Dogs
1 can (1 lb. 4 oz.) Chili
1/3 cup finely chopped onions
1 pkg (8 1/2 oz.) corn bread mix
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1 cup (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese

Coat shallow 2-quart casserole dish with vegetable cooking spray.
Set aside. -
Slice Hot Dogs in 1/2-inch pieces. Place in casserole dish. Spread
Chili over Corn Dogs. Cover dish with foil. -
Bake at 400° F about 20 minutes. Remove cover. Sprinkle with
onions. -
Prepare corn bread according to package directions using egg and
milk and adding cheese. Spread over top of onions. -
Return to oven and bake uncovered about 20 minutes or until
cornbread is golden brown. Serve hot.
