[b]1 can (22oz) chili beans
1TB oil
6 sandwich buns-split-buttered-toasted
1lb beef
1/4 tsp pepper
1 small onion-chopped
3 TB ketchup
1/2 tsp salt
1-3 TB mustard
Heat oil in skillet. Add beef and cook. Push to one side of the pan and cook until softened. Drain. Add salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard and chili beans. Simmer slowly 15-30 mins. Spoon onto sandwich buns. Serve hot.[/b]
