Chilled Melon and Berry Nectar

This deliciously light breakfast dish is wonderful for warm weather.

Serving Size: 1/2 cup

Ingredients:

cantaloupe chunks - 1 cup
honeydew chunks - 1 cup
dry white wine - 1/4 cup
orange juice - 2 tbsp
sugar - 2 tbsp
buttermilk, low-fat - 1 cup
blueberries - 1 cup

  1. In a food processor or blender, combine the melons, wine, juice, and sugar. Puree until almost smooth. Add the buttermilk and process again. Top each serving with blueberries.
