Chinese Chicken Finger, and Spare Rib recipes

I am looking for a couple of recipes for Chinese food appetizers. The batter for the the “Chicken Fingers”, and the red sauce marinade for the boneless spareribs. I have seen the cooks dipping the chicken strips into a tempura type batter which is white in color and then immersing the battered chicken into the deep fryer. Also the red sauce I believe has black bean sauce, and I know alot of sugar, hoisin sauce also might be added. I’ve searched for these recipes for a long time with no luck. Can anyone help…
