Orange Glazed Pork Chops
1/2 c. orange marmalade 2 T. orange juice 2 T. Dijon mustard 1 T. soy sauce 1/2 t. minced garlic 1/4 t. crushed red pepper flakes 1 t. vegetable oil 1/2 t. salt 1/2 t. pepper 4 boneless prk chops
Combine marmalade, orange juice, mustard, soy sauce, garlic and pepper flakes. In a skillet heat oil , browning chops on both sides. Pour sauce over pork cook 10 to 15 minutes longer or until pork is tender.
4 oz. spaghetti broken in thirds 1 T. vegetable oil 9 oz. pkg frozen szhechun vegetables with sauce thawed 1/3 c. julienned carrots 1/4 c. sliced celery 1/4 c. sliced onion 2 T. soy sauce 1/8 t. ground ginger
Cook spaghetti according to pkg. directions. In a skillet heat oil over med. stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil reduce heat and simmer uncovered 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender. Drain spaghetti stir into skillet.
