Chocolate Banana Malt
For a vanilla banana malt, omit chocolate syrup.
preparation: 5 minutes • processing: 45 seconds • yield: 4 cups (960 ml)
1 cup (145 g) vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 cups (360 ml) soy milk or low fat milk
1/3 cup (100 g) malted milk powder*
1/4 cup (60 ml) chocolate syrup
1/2 banana, peeled, frozen
1 cup (240 ml) ice cubes

Place all ingredients into the Vita-Mix container
in the order listed and secure lid. -
Select Variable 1.

Turn machine on and quickly increase speed
to Variable 10, then to High. -
Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
