1 tube refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough 8 oz. softened cream cheese 1/2 c. sugar 1 egg
Cut cookie dough in half. For crust press 1/2 onto bottom of a greased 8 inch square pan. In a bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, and egg beat until smooth. Spread over crust. Crumble remaining dough over top. Bake at 350 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Refrigerate leftovers. You could also use 2 cups of your favorite homemade cookie dough instead of tube.
