INGREDIENTS
10 OUNCES SELF RAISING FLOUR
8 OUNCES MARGARINE OR BUTTER
6 OUNCES SUGAR
1 OUNCE COCOA POWDER
1 EGG BEATEN

METHOD

MELT THE MARGARINE IN A PAN THEN ADD ALL THE DRY INGREDIENTS
MIX THOROUGHLY
ADD THE BEATEN EGG AND POUR INTO A SMALL WELL GREASED TIN BAKE IN A MODERATE OVEN FOR ANYTHING FROM 35 MINUTES UPTO 1 HOUR DEPENDING ON SIZE AND DEPTH OF TIN REMOVE FROM THE OVEN AND PORTION IMMEDIATLY DO NOT ALLOW TO COOL BEFORE CUTTING AS YOU WONT BE ABLE TO PORTION SERVE SLIGHTLY COOLED WITH CREME ANGLAISE.
