Chocolate Crazy Cake
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
* 3 cups unbleached flour * 2 cups vegan sugar * 2 teaspoons baking soda * 1 teaspoon salt * 1/3 cup cocoa * 2 teaspoons white vinegar * 1 teaspoon vanilla * 3/4 cup vegetable Oil * 2 cups water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all of the dry ingredients (using a fork) in a 9x13 baking pan. Then add the liquid ingredients and mix well until there are no lumps. Of course, you can mix this in a separate bowl if you prefer, but this way you’re not making more dirty dishes!
Bake for 35 minutes. Be sure to let cool for about 20 minutes before diving into it. It has a tendency to fall apart if it’s not cool enough.
