CHOCOLATE DECADENCE TART
Preheat oven to 350* F.
Prepare Crumb Crust
Using food processor, pulse until dough forms a ball:
2 pkgs. chocolate graham crackers
1/2 cup melted butter
1 egg white
Press into fluted tart shell and bake in preheated oven 15 to 18 minutes. Cool completely on wire rack.
Prepare Chocolate Filling
In top of double boiler, over simmering water, melt:
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
In separate bowl, whisk in until smooth:
1/3 cup heavy cream
Pour into cooled crust and refrigerate.
Garnish with chocolate whipped cream, if desired.
