Chocolate Nut Brownies

Chocolate Nut Brownies
(16 brownies)

2 squares (1 ounce each) unsweetened chocolate
¼ cup reduced-calorie margarine
½ cup sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon Sweet 'N Low® granulated sugar substitute
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 large eggs
¼ cup walnuts, coarsely chopped

In 1-quart microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate and margarine. Cook on high power 1 ½ minutes or just until chocolate turns shiny. Stir to complete melting. In medium-size bowl, stir together sugar, flour, baking powder, Sweet 'N Low and salt. Stir in chocolate mixture and vanilla. Beat in eggs until well blended; stir in walnuts. Turn into 8-inch square microwave safe baking dish. Cook on high power 5 to 6 minutes, or just until brownie begins to pull away from the sides, turning several times. Brownie should look moist; it firms as it cools. Do not overcook or brownies will dry out. Let cool completely; cover tightly with plastic wrap.
