Chocolate, Orange & Nut Candy

1 Unwaxed Orange
250g Dark Chocolate, Chopped.
100g Hazelnuts, skins removed & chopped.
1/8tsp. Coarse Salt.

Line a small Baking Sheet with Aluminium Foil or Parchment Paper and place in the fridge.
Remove the Zest from the Orange using a vegetable peeler. Cut the peel into very thin strips using a sharp knife.
Melt the Chocolate in a double boiler over gently simmering water or in the microwave.
Stir in Half the Orange Zest and Hazelnuts, and immediately pour onto prepared Baking Sheet. Spread with a Rubber Spatula in to approx. 8 x 10 inch rectangle.
Sprinkle with the remaining Zest, Nuts and Salt.
Chill until firm, about 30 minutes. Break into pieces and serve.

You could also use Milk or White Chocolate and different fruit or nuts to taste.
