Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

2-1/2 Cups All-purpose flour
1 Teaspoon Baking soda
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Butter; softened
3/4 Cup Peanut butter
1 Cup Light brown sugar, packed
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
2 Cups Peanut butter cups, chopped
3/4 Cup Peanuts, chopped
1 Cup Milk chocolate chips

Preheat Oven TO 375 degrees F.

Sift together flour, soda and salt. Set
aside.

Beat together butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add dry ingredients and combine thoroughly. Fold in peanut butter cups, peanuts and chocolate chips. The batter will be stiff. Form into balls about the size of a tablespoon. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake 12 minutes or until golden. Cool on a wire rack.
