CHOCOLATE PECAN TARTLETS
36 Frozen mini phyllo cups
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
1 cup finely chopped toasted pecans
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup bourbon
1 egg, lightly beaten
- Arrange Phyllo cups on a lightly greased baking sheet. Add chocolate morsels into each cup.
Stir together the rest of the ingredients and spoon evenly into each cup. Bake at 360F for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and serve.
