Chocolate Upside Down cake

1 1/4 c. water 1/4 c. butter 1 c. brown sugar 2 c. chocolate chips 1 c. choppped pecans 2 c. miniature marshmallows 1 box chocolate cake mix
In a pan heat water and butter until butter is melted. Stir in brown sugar. Pour into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with chips, pecans and marshmallows. Prepare cake mix according to pkg. directions and pour over top. Bake at 325 55 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes and invert. Good served warm topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
