Christmas Layered Salad
1 sm. box lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 sm. box lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1 sm. box strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 sm. pkg. strawberries
Dissolve lime Jello in 1 cup boiling water; stir in 1/2 cup cold water and pineapple. Chill until firm. Combine cream cheese and lemon Jello, mix thoroughly. Add 1 cup boiling water and 1 cup cold water. Cool, pour over first layer. Chill until firm. Dissolve strawberry Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in strawberries. Cool, pour over other mixture.
