The place I worked for years ago made these brownies from scratch. Now I make them from a packaged brownie mix with dark chocolate syrup.
1 package brownie mix w/special dark chocolate syrup
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 ripe banana chopped in chunks ( quarter length wise, then cut in chunks)
3 eggs beaten
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup oil
Preheat oven 350*. Grease the bottom of a 13x9" glass baking pan.
Stir all ingredients until mixed very well, pour mixture in glass pan bake at 350* for 30 minutes or until springy when touched. We really like this brownie I serve it a lot at parties and church functions. The recipe calls for 2 eggs but I add three to make more like a cake it is yummy
