Cinnamon’s Bakery Chile Cheese Bread
1 package Bridgeford dough, defrosted
1 slice American cheese
1 slice Swiss cheese
1/2 can Ortega chiles, chopped
Mix the dough with the egg and cheese. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and chopped chiles on top. Let rise about 1/2 inch and bake at 325 F for 25 minutes.
