2 lbs chicken breasts, cubed
¼ cup butter
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp ground cloves
2 tsp seasoning salt
6 oz frozen orange juice concentrate – thawed
6oz Red Tail Ale
6 drops Tabasco
Brown the chicken in the butter. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken in a crock pot. Cook on low for 5 hours and serve over rice.
