9 large potatoes peeled
250g Softened Cream Cheese
1 cup Sour Cream
2 Teaspoons Onion Salt
1 Teaspoon Salt
Dash of Pepper
2 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine
1 Egg Beaten
Boil potatoes until tender Drain and mash with all other ingredients until fluffy
Place potatoe mixture into a greased oven proof dish
Dot with addidtional butter
Bake in a 350 oven for 30 mins
