As far as I know mezzetta is a brand name. What type of peppers do you have, or do you want to use? Also, are you looking to make appetizers, hors de horves, or a meal with them? If it’s a wine tasting I’m assuming you’ll be going with light appetizers to keep the palate relatively clean…
