Coking with Fruits

I will like users to share there own recipes coking with fruits.

Fettuccine Guayaba (Guava)


8 Oz Guayaba cut in bits
4 Oz Cream cheese cut in bits
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
3/4 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 Cup Butter

8 Oz Fettuccine cook; drain

in large saucepan combine cream cheese, Guayaba, Parmesan, butter and hevy cream, stirring constantly until smooth. Toss pasta lightly with sauce, coating well.

Makes 4 servings
