Ingredients:
2 shots expresso
1/8 cup powdered coffee creamer or vanilla yogurt
1/8 cup sugar
3-4 pieces chocolate cookie sandwiches
1 (16 ounce) glass ice cubes
whipped cream
Procedure:
- In a blender, place all the ingredients except the whipped cream. Blend until the ice is fine and slushy. Garnish with whipped cream and a crushed chocolate cookie sandwich.
Makes 1 glass.
