Cooking competition for fundraiser - What should we cook?

I am planning a cooking competition to raise money for the fight against cancer. Participants will have to cook at home then drive to the location of the competition. Considering that, what do you suggest we cook? (besides chili) Thank you in advance!

Here are some of my favorite one dish meals, take your pick. These recipes can be found on this site.

Black Eyed Pea Cornbread
Chicken and Dressing Casserole
Chicken Cream Cheese Enchiladas
Chicken pot pie
Couscous Jambalaya
Crockpot Jambalaya
Easy Cheesy Chicken Casserole
Eggplant Parmesan on pasta
Enchilada Casserole
Hearty Tuna Pie
Italian Sausage and Spinach Casserole
Best Lasagna
Low country boil
Mexican Casserole
Sheppard’s pie
Twice-Baked Potato Casserole

You didn’t say how much you have to cook - type COOKING FOR A CROWD in our search and you will get big batch recipes.

The key word is competition. I was thinking that everyone would bring a one dish meal, and judges would decide the winner much like a chili cook off. I am thinking a Jambalaya would have a lot of interest. I love a great cajun jambalaya.

a nice flavorful dish that travels well gets brownie points - I’d go with something comforting and homestyle - jambalaya sounds good - stews hold up well - casseroles are good - now I’m getting hungry!
