cooking for 2 days

Tomorrow is fish day and I want macaroni salad for that so I made enough for 2 days.

So today I will make burgers: ground chuck, bulk sweet Italian sausage, eggs, Italian bread crumbs, minced onions, minced green and red bell peppers, minced peperoncini, fresh parsley, minced garlic, cracked black pepper, skillet fried in a bit of olive oil with more garlic.

Corn on the cob.

Iced tea.

Peach jello with diced (drained) peaches in it, whipped cream on top.
