COOKING FOR A CROWD - HERB AND GARLIC MARINADE FOR VEGGIES

1 1/4 quarts olive oil
1 cup red wine vinegar
2 ounces minced garlic
1 ounce salt
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 teaspoon dried parsley
2 teaspoons crushed red pepper

  1. Combine all ingredients and stir to combine.

  2. Stir before using.

Yield: 1 1/2 quarts
