COOKING FOR A CROWD - HONEY FRENCH DRESSING

4 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons celery seed or poppy seed
2 cups honey
1 1/4 cups cider vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon onion, grated
1 quart salad oil

  1. Mix mustard, salt, and celery seed in large mixing bowl.

  2. While mixing, add remaining ingredients in order listed.

Yield: 2 quarts
