Cordon Bleu Croissants
2 (6-ounce) packages large croissants
2 1/2 tbls. prepared horseradish
8 thin slices cooked ham
8 thin slices cooked chicken breast
8 slices swiss cheese

Split each croissant in half horizontally; spread bottoms of croissants evenly with horseradish. Layer 1 slice each of ham, chicken, and Swiss cheese over horseradish. Cover with Croissant tops.

Place croissant sandwiches on a large baking sheet. Bake at 325 for 12 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
